Briefing Session on "Omnilogue: Alternating Currents Exhibition"
[The JF E-mail Magazine No.174] (12/13/2011)
********************************************************************
Dear readers:
This is the last issue for this year. Looking back on the year 2011, the biggest issue is needless to say the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11. The earthquake has brought a question to Japanese people "What is the most important thing in life?"
The answer found by many Japanese is "Kizuna (connection)" among people. We still face unprecedented difficulties, but we will
endeavor to recover from the disaster with power of "Kizuna".
The Japan Foundation will continuously support Japan's
reconstruction through international cultural exchange programs.
We organized a graffiti drawing project by dispatching a Japanese
Brazilian graffiti artist to Ishinomaki, Miyagi to help raise the
residents' quality of life. http://d.hatena.ne.jp/japanfoundation/20111201/p1
