The 11th Tokyo Performing Arts Market 2007
Tokyo Performing Arts Market is a market of performing arts
such as theater, dance, and music. First organized in 1995, it will
be celebrating its eleventh meeting this time and drawing more and
more attention of performing arts industries across the world.
Such "presenters”of performing arts as the directors,
producers, and promoters of festivals, people in charge of theaters
and public halls, as well as the agents and company managers will
gather from all over Japan and the world.
To promote Japanese performing arts overseas and networking of the
domestic and overseas performing arts circles, the Japan Foundation
participates to TPAM as one of the organizers of the secretariat.
This time, the Japan Foundation will solely host a lecture series
about the performing art scenes in Mexico and Brazil.
