6-1. Transportation
-Flight
The participants are expected to arrange for their own flights:
(1) Airport of embarkation to New Delhi
(2) New Delhi to Bangalore

6-3. Miscellaneous
(1) Participants who wish to travel with their partners and/or children are asked to consult the organizers beforehand. (The organizers will cover the local transportation fee of the participant only).
(2) The organizers will not bear any responsibility of the participants before the arrival in New Delhi on October 18 and after the closing of the conference on October 22.
