Contest Results


The 50th International Speech Contest in Japanese was held at Hakodate City Civic Auditorium on Saturday, May 30, 2009. This contest was co-organized by the Japan Foundation, International Education Center, and Hakodate City. (For details of the contest, please see below.)
12 winners out of 130 applicants made impressive speeches on what they have found and thought through their daily life in Japan or interaction with Japanese people.
The winners of awards are as follows:

This speech contest will be aired in “ETV Special” program on NHK Educational Channel on Sunday, July 12 at 22:00 to 23:30.
