International Speech Contest in Japanese

The Japan Foundation in cooperation with International Education Center (IEC) and Kawagoe City hosts the event on June 14, 2008 at Kawagoe City Civic Auditorium. 10-12 winners of the preliminary round with more than 100 contestants make an excellent speech on various subjects every year.
