The Japan Foundation readjusted the grant programs for Japanese-language education abroad. Former grant programs, such as the “Grant Program for Japanese-Language Courses Abroad”, “Japanese Speech Contest Support Program”, “Grant Program for Developing Networks of Japanese-Language Teachers and Institutions”, “Grant Program for Japanese-Language Teaching Materials”, were terminated in fiscal 2009-2010.
The “Grant Program for Japanese-Language Education Activities” newly started from fiscal 2010-2011. For details, please refer to the “Program Guidelines”.
