1.Access to the Collection

The entire collection is open-access. Computer search is available for finding books.

2.Loans

A loan service is provided only through Inter-Library Loan System.
*Please ask at the library of your affiliated organization, or at the public libraries for borrowing books.
*Members of JF Supporter's Club and residents or workers in Tajiri-cho can borrow books at the Information Desk.

3.Copy Service

Self-service photocopies are available for \10 per sheet. Please fill in the "Photocopy Request Form" at the Information Desk.
Inter-Library photocopy service is also available. Please ask at the library of your affiliated organization, or at the public libraries.

4.Reference Service

 

The library is open to those who are 18 years old and over.
Before visiting, please call the library for the detailed information to use.
Registration may be made at the Information Desk of the Library.

The present holdings comprise some 45,000 books (31,000 in Japanese and 14,000 in foreign languages,) 282 periodicals (153 in Japanese and 129 in foreign languages,) 18 newspapers in 11 languages, 1,207 audio-visual materials, 61 CD-ROMs, 1,387 microfilms.
