This
program is a long-term intensive training course in Japanese
Language for those who work in the public sector and need
to learn Japanese Language for job-related reasons. (This program
is not open to general application. The Japan Foundation using
Japanese diplomatic
missions in the invited countries and areas, the Japan Foundation
will invite Foreign Ministries (or equivalents) to nominate
staff members. Please note that applications must be completed
and authorized by the organization to which each candidate
belongs. Applications solely by individuals wishing to participate
in the program will not be accepted.) |
8 months (Fiscal 2008: From October, 2008 to
May, 2009.)

5 persons.
This program is for public officials (excluding
diplomats and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and
military personnel or its equivalent) who are total beginners in
the Japanese language or are still at a basic level in the Japanese
language, and have need to acquire proficiency in the
language for their job-based reasons.
Aside from Japanese language lessons, programs such as lectures,
visits, field trips and exchange programs will be provided for
understanding Japanese society and culture, and for constructing
human network.
