The Japan Foundation and Japan Professional Photographers Society co-organize the photo exhibition Japan’s coastline and its people in Tonga

The Japan Foundation co-organize the photo exhibition with Japan Professional Photographers Society, entitled Japan’s coastline and its people in Tonga. Approximately 100 pieces are selected for this Tonga edition from the photo exhibition Walking Japan’s Coastline which toured around several cities in Japan this year to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Japan Professional Photographers Society. This show in Tonga explores the relationship between the Japanese and the ocean surrounding their life through photographs which depict nature, landscape, society, culture, and tradition of Japan under the theme of “coastline.”
