What is the "Kyôkasho o Tsukurô" Series?
"Kyôkasho o Tsukurô" is a collection of teaching resources for elementary Japanese compiled by the Japan Foundation as one type of support for Japanese language education overseas. These resources were created as references for producing teaching materials aimed at the secondary level (junior high school and high school) students. "Kyôkasho o Tsukurô" was published in March 1999, followed by "Zoku Kyôkasho o Tsukurô " in May 2001. In March 2002, we published a revised version of "Kyôkasho o Tsukurô" on the basis of opinions submitted from teachers who have been using the materials.

The series consists of the "Setsumei Hen" ("Grammar Notes"), a compilation of sample sentences and explanations, and two volumes of the "Renshû Hen" ("Activity Book"), a collection of exercises and activities, as well as two cassette tapes that go with the "Renshû Hen."
