[Four language modes]
Choose from four different language modes for the screen display in
accordance with users' command of Japanese and study goals; "Kanji
(kanji and kana; no furigana); "Kana (kana
and kanji with furigana); "Romaji"; or "English."

[Two search
options]
Choose from two search options - "Contents" and "Keyword" - to search
panels in all the series from I-V.Use the "Contents" search to find
the panel you want to look at from the table of contents. Use the
"Keyword" search to find panels associated with a particular keyword
(name of an object, word expressing an action (verb), etc.) (Photo

[Sound]
Sound is available for "Vocabulary" (Series I
and V only) and "Explanation" features (all series) as they appear
on the screen.

The tool also has numerous other functions,
including enlarged photograph display and a search option for panels
depicting everyday activities of Japanese people (Photo 2).This makes
it ideal for introducing new vocabulary or talking about Japan.
