How to Save a File in Acrobat Reader

The link at each section of the "Kyôkasho o Tsukurô" table of contents leads to a PDF file for that section. When Acrobat Reader is installed as a browser plug-in, clicking on a link will start Acrobat Reader and display the contents of that file. Below is an explanation of how to download (save) such a displayed file.

1) Clicking on the link at any heading will start Acrobat Reader.

Acrobat Reader starts up and its menu appears in a browser window that displays the contents of the linked file.

In order to save the file, click on the .Û'¶ save icon.

2) Specify the location where the file is to be saved.

The next step is to specify the location where the file is to be saved. At the "Save in (I)" drop-down list, click on the downward-pointing arrow and select the folder.

If you wish to give the file a different name, move the cursor directly into the "File name (N)" box and change the file name (using the ".pdf" file extension).

Click on "Save (S)." It may take a while to save the file.

This completes the download.
