you also need download Asian
Font Packs for Acrobat Reader to ensure display of this file.
Both of these applications are available as freeware from Adobe's
Web site.
Click on the button at left if the Acrobat Reader plug-in is not
installed on your computer.
*Because some files are very large,
please do not open a file on the browser, but save the file on
your desktop. If you use Windows, to save the file, right-click
the file and choose "Save Target As...." Then you should
open the file on your desktop.
