The Japan Foundation makes a survey on Japanese-language education in different countries as needed and provides information through its website.

 

To obtain an accurate picture of the current state of Japanese-language teaching around the world, the Japan Foundation has been conducting every few years a survey of overseas organizations offering Japanese-language courses.

The Japan Foundation provides information on overseas Japanese-language education by hosting symposium and issuing publications and reports.

 

The Library of the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Urawa, was established in 1989 to provide access to resources on Japanese-language education to those involved in the field, and to support their educational and research activities.
