Inquiries regarding test reservations and taking tests in general

Please contact the Prometric Customer Service Center.

• *A phone number and an inquiry form will be displayed once you select the country where you wish to take the test.
• *To correct the examinee information you registered when making your reservation (name, date of birth, nationality, gender), please refer to the FAQ on the Prometric website.
  Please note that the Japan Foundation will not be able to respond to these inquiries.
