Inquiries regarding test reservations and taking tests in general

Please contact the Prometric Customer Service Center..

• *A phone number and an inquiry form will be displayed once you select the country where you wish to take the test.
• *Please visit Prometric’s website for details on how to correct the examinee information registered at the time of reservation (name, date of birth, nationality and gender), and contact the Prometric Customer Service Center.
  Please note that the Japan Foundation will not be able to respond to these inquiries.
