The Japan Foundation will present the "TIFF Lounge" (formerly Asia Lounge), as part of the 35th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF). The talk sessions this year, the event's third, will once again be held with the advice of a committee led by filmmaker Kore-eda Hirokazu. Directors and actors from various countries and regions in Asia and beyond will gather at the TIFF Lounge to engage in discussion with their Japanese counterparts.

We are delighted to announce our lineup of guest speakers and program schedule. This year, the original goal of TIFF Lounge can finally be reached, with it being a place where filmmakers can meet, interact, and network and where every speaker will present talk sessions. For press members, there will be Q&A sessions during the events. We welcome on-site interviews at Yurakucho micro Food and Idea Market.
