      (Telephone number: +81-(0)75-762-1136; Reception time: Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
      ※Office closed from December 29 to January 3 due to the New Year’s holiday.
   3. （2）Please call us and let us know the following:
      (a) your name (b) telephone number to be contacted (c) number of desired participants
      (Please let us know the name and contact number of the person with whom you will be participating.)
   4. （3）Closing date for application: Friday, January 14
      • If you do not apply by telephone by the above deadline date, you cannot be admitted.
      • Applications will be closed on each day when the capacity is reached.
      • After the capacity has been reached, there is no waiting period for admission due to cancellations.
