Discover Japan through Contemporary Posters
This exhibition was finished.
The exhibits in "Discover Japan Through Contemporary Posters" introduce the poster works of contemporary Japanese graphic designers. Contemporary Japanese life is presented through these posters, which are seen as social art and not merely as advertising materials. The exhibition showcases 75 posters using simple yet dynamic styles, abstract forms, and new creations as inspired by traditional designs. There are changing colours and forms; there is harmony of light and shadow. All evoke strong visual imagery.
