The 58th International Speech Contest in Japanese
The Japan Foundation, in cooperation with International Education Center and Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, hosted the 58th International Speech Contest in Japanese on June 17, 2017.
12 participants from 11 countries/regions was chosen out of 87 contestants from 29 countries/regions in the preliminary round to participate in the Contest.
The participants made interesting speeches on what they thought and how they felt through their daily life in Japan and exchanges with Japanese people.
The recipients of respective awards are as follows.
