We have identified errors in certain figures contained in the “SURVEY SUMMARY ON JAPANESE-LANGUAGE EDUCATION ABROAD 2024” and the summary table “1-1b Number of Japanese-Language Educational Institutions, Teachers, and Learners (by region/by educational level)” released on September 3, 2025.
There is no change to the overall total of “number of institutions,” “number of teachers,” and “number of learners.”
The materials have now been updated with the correct figures, and we are also informing you of the errata.
