The Brunei Photo Exhibition:
The People and Nature of Brunei

Exhibition

This exhibition was held with the aims of increasing the Japanese audience’s understanding of Brunei—which had established independence only six years earlier, in 1984—and of promoting cultural exchange. It featured 50 photographs that vividly depicted scenes of everyday life and nature in Brunei.
