JENESYS East Asia Future Leaders Programme: Participants’ Voices

This trip has made me reflected on what I do in my own life and work. I think it is useful to have exchange of ideas and hopefully we can have a sharing one year after this program to see what change we have implemented in our own countries.

JENESYS program is a valuable program to each participant since it has taught us a lot about Japanese culture and people; Japan's real asset. Any participants could reap the maximum benefits that one can gain, make impact, and transform their institutions based on their experiences. It taught me is that it is best to see what potential we have, instead of focusing on what we don't have.

JENESYS is a fabulous and informative program. I have learned a lot and have a chance to build a new network. This program should be exposed to various levels of people to become sustainable.

I was really honored to be able to participate in this program. I have found it an invaluable experience. It not only gave me knowledge in Japan's social system but gave me a deeper understanding of the cultures of our neighbors in Asia.
