Summary Report: "Culture for Harmony and Peace" project in Sri Lanka Symposium: Reconciliation through Culture – Randooga in Sri Lanka - Accomplishments & Perspective

The Japan Foundation hosted "Culture for Harmony and Peace" project in Sri Lanka, Symposium: Reconciliation through Culture – Randooga in Sri Lanka – Accomplishments & Perspective at Sano Shoin, Hitotsubashi University on December 2, 2013. There were approximately 70 people attended the symposium and the participants who were interested in international exchange, social contribution activities and peace building through culture consisted of students, experts, researchers, business people and foreign students from Sri Lanka.
One of male participants in 30s said, "I felt cultural potential," and another female participant in 60s commented, "I was able to learn a new peace building method."
