I have learned not only about research itself, but tips on how to publish and look for grants to help me succeed as a researcher. Overall, the workshop was very fulfilling!
Assigned as a team leader, I learned about leadership and teamwork. Working with my group, I gained some skills, such as team management and overcoming communication difficulties, as we all came from different backgrounds and spoke different languages.
As a researcher, I think it is like fate to think about ”what is meaningful to oneself?” and ”what effect will it have when it is presented to the world?” “How should we face the sense of 'anxiety' that we feel while developing in the research process?” And it was a workshop that was able to solve some of the worries about how to control it.
Sometimes I feel quite lonely doing research on my own. Through our presentation, I‘ve discovered a potential in me to conduct interesting research by collaborating with scholars of other fields. I am now very motivated.
