Performing Arts Japan (PAJ)

Performing Arts Japan (PAJ) provides financial assistance to Japan-related performing art projects in the US and Canada (PAJ North-America) or Europe (PAJ Europe) that aim to introduce Japanese performing arts to local audiences in these areas, or to facilitate exchange between leading artists in Japan and North America or Europe. The Japan Foundation is now accepting applications for these two programs.

Application Form Prior to the submission of the application, the applicant is strongly advised to contact the relevant Japan Foundation office in Europe (See “Program Guidelines” on Page 9-10) to discuss eligibility.
Eligible Applicants Art organizations based in Europe such as festivals, theaters or art promotion companies
